General Manager

Ms. Dieto is adept in Economic Analysis, Policy Analysis, Market Analysis, Urban Management and matters Public Finance. She holds a degree in Economics and Sociology and  MSc. Urban Management from the Institute of Housing and Urban Studies, Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Netherlands. Ms. Dieto bears vast experience in evaluation of project commercial viability and analysis of socio-economic dynamics in as far as concerns development interventions.


Business Development   Manager

Mr. Wafula has over 5 years’ experience in management and business development. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and training in Quality Management and Social Entrepreneurship. His contribution to the firm is mainly in the areas of Project Management, Strategic Management and Monitoring and Evaluation.

Rachael Murunga Simiyu

Financial & Investments Analyst

Rachael offers her expertise to the firm as a Financial and Investment Analyst, providing insights into money markets, public finance, corporate finance, international finance practices and portfolio management. She hold a degree in Economics and a Certified Investments and Financial Analyst professional qualification.


Governance, Public Administration Expert

Prior to joining Tertiary International Limited, Mr. Wamukota served in Public Administration in several administrative units before the onset of county governments. Additionally, he has acquired experience in Governance and Public Relations from engagement in the private sector. He has participated in numerous projects involving short and long-term technical assistance, capacity building, social sector planning, gender issues, and social policy analysis as well supporting the development of RAP (Resettlement Action Plans). He holds a degree in Political Science, Public Administration and International Relations.

Susan Engelwa Mwambushi

Administration Expert

Ms. Mwambushi runs the offices day-to-day activities and participates in consultancy assignments in the capacity of project assistant. Further, she is well versed in matters office management and documentation and has been instrumental in the setting up of the firm’s quality management system.
