Over the years TCE accumulate a wealth of experience and capability in development, management issues related to development projects. In March, 2007, Tertiary Consulting Engineers was converted into a limited liability company as Tertiary Consulting Engineers Limited to continue with the engineering consulting services and Tertiary International Limited was incorporated to focus on development, environment and management consulting services.
